Where These Caps and Plugs Fit
These molded rubber parts cover USB and round charging ports on equipment and electronics. They keep dust and debris out of open connectors during production, storage and transport, so assembly lines and shipped devices stay clean.
The photos show two molded designs from our range: a push-in plug with a molded USB symbol on the head, and a tethered cap whose rubber strap keeps the cover attached to the device while the port is in use.
What You Can Specify
Port size and profile are matched to your connector or opening, taken from your drawing, a mating connector or the port dimensions. You can choose a flush or flanged head, with or without a tether, and a compound from natural rubber, SBR, NBR, EPDM, chloroprene, FKM or silicone. Black is standard and custom colors are available.
Buyer tip: send the port dimensions or a mating connector drawing. Caps molded to the exact port size seal better than universal-fit covers.
