Where These Gaskets Fit
Frame gaskets seal the mating surfaces of enclosures, doors, covers and access panels. They close the gap between two surfaces against dust and air passage, and they cushion the joint when the cover is bolted down.
The photo shows custom frame seals from our range: a rectangular closed frame and a larger seal with an irregular outline, both molded in one piece to follow the customer's opening.
What You Can Specify
The seal outline follows your drawing, so bolt holes, notches and non-standard shapes are molded in rather than cut by hand. You specify the section thickness and width, and a compound from natural rubber, SBR, NBR, EPDM, chloroprene, FKM or silicone to match the environment of the part.
Buyer tip: send the cover drawing with the bolt pattern. A gasket molded around the real bolt spacing stays in place during assembly and seals evenly.
How to Request a Quote
Share your 2D drawing or a trace of the opening through the Request a Quote form, with material preference and estimated quantity. If the application temperature or media is unusual, mention it so we can suggest a compound family.
