Where These Mounts Fit
Rubber-metal mounts sit between a machine and its frame or base and damp the vibration the machine passes on. Typical uses are fans, pumps, compressors and other rotating equipment, where the rubber element isolates the structure from vibration and noise.
The photo shows a cylindrical mount from our range: a black rubber body vulcanized to a metal end plate, with an internal threaded hole in the top for bolt mounting.
What You Can Specify
Overall size, rubber height and the thread size follow your drawing or the mount you are replacing. Common compounds for damping parts include natural rubber, SBR, NBR and EPDM, and the metal insert is bonded to the rubber during vulcanization.
Buyer tip: send the drawing or the reference number of the mount being replaced, plus the weight of the supported machine. This lets us check the size class before quoting.
How to Request a Quote
Share the mount drawing or sample, thread size and estimated quantity through the Request a Quote form. Photos of the failed mount you are replacing are also enough to start.
